KVCSHOP shipping cost within the UK is normally £3.99, worldwide is normally £9.99. Some products have shipping costs included. Some items may incur different shipping costs due to weight. In this case you will be notified at checkout.

All orders should be processed and shipped within 2 working days. We expect UK delivery to take 3 to 4 working days, International deliveries may take longer, please allow 14 days. Orders valued at over £20 will be sent tracked and/or signed for. Tracking details available on request.

International orders may be subject to additional charges for customs clearance/import tax. These payments if occurring will be the responsibility of the customer. 

RETURNING PRODUCTS

If you’re not happy with any KVCSHOP product, please contact us through kvcshopsales@gmail.com and we’ll be happily resolve the issue. 

We accept returns where a wrong size has been ordered, or the item is faulty. We will swap a garment for a different size if it is returned unworn and clean in the original packaging. If you’d like to return something you must notify us within 7 days of when you received the order, then return it within another 7 days. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

PAYMENTS

All our payments are encrypted using secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to us.

We accept all major card types, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express through Stripe and Paypal. You will be billed as soon as your order has been placed.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once we have received your order and it has been paid for you will receive a confirmation email. If there was any problem processing your online payment, or you don’t know if your payment was successful please contact us via the contact details at the base of this site.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER

Please contact us as quickly as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order. If it has already been dispatched, then it will be necessary for you to return the product for exchange or refund.

DISCOUNT CODES

If you are lucky enough to have a discount code you can enter this in the discount code box at the checkout. Discount codes can only be used once, the discount will automatically be applied.
